Grá Matcha was born from a personal quest to find a healthy caffeine substitute. While struggling with caffeine-triggered migraines, but still craving that coffee buzz, we knew there had to be a solution. Cue a trip to Japan which sparked a love for matcha. Vibrant, energizing, and packed with benefits – it was love at first sip.

Now, we're on a mission to share
matcha's magic with the UK. Made from
finely ground green tea leaves, matcha
gives you a slow-releasing caffeine boost
without the jitters or crashes. Plus, it's
loaded with antioxidants and even helps
boost your metabolism.

Our goal is to make this vibrant, healthy
drink accessible for everyone by
providing matcha sourced from a
dedicated farm in Kagoshima.

Grá Matcha is often described as  naturally sweet with a smooth creamy texture. There are a number of ways to enjoy matcha. Matcha can be enjoyed hot or iced and is often paired with oat milk for extra creaminess.

Pour your matcha into your favourite mug/cup. There are different ways to enjoy matcha. I love an iced matcha with oat milk but you can also enjoy it hot.

Soak  your bamboo whisk in warm water to allow it to bloom. This will make it easier to froth your matcha making it as smooth and silky as possible.

Scoop approx. 1g of matcha into your chawan bowl. Whisk with hot (never boiling!) water around 80 degrees. Whisk until you see bubbles and have a bouncy texture.
